Qualifications
- Formal qualifications and background in the building or architecture sector
- 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields

The role has a strong emphasis on contract administration and sub contractor management. The candidate would be predominantly office bound, with the responsibilities of running up to 3 projects (ranging in value from $2m to $15m).
The candidate will have an intimate knowledge of all 3 jobs, and will be expected to exceed budgeted profits where possible. The candidate will be responsible for vetting all sub-contractor quotes, letting sub contractor orders, managing sub-contractor payments/approvals (once monthly), managing the critical path program, and documenting all variations, extensions of time, and requests for information. Each project is run onsite by a full-time foreman, and the candidate would be expected to develop a good working relationship with this person, to ensure that they are running the project onsite inline with the critical path program
Administration and recording for RFI’s, OHS and QA shall be in accordance with the company templates and procedures and shall be kept in meticulous order at all times.
The Project Manager would be expected to develop an excellent working relationship with clients, architects and consultants involved with the build.
Ultimately the PM will ensure that the project is running on budget, to the required level of quality and inline with critical path program.
