We are looking for a responsible, experienced foreman working with company plans and framework to deliver projects in full and on time.

The ideal candidate will bring to the business the following skills:

  • Confident and competent/strong leadership to all projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a directly employed team and sub contractors
  • Established track record in delivering projects safely and in a timely manner within budget
  • Cost management skills and ability to identify contingencies
  • Programme management ability including the planning, direction and general resources usage and team leadership
  • Effective management and use of plant/equipment
  • Team leadership and time management

Construction Site Supervisor

You will typically be responsible for managing a diverse team of professionals, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and labourers. Your day will be filled with tasks such as:

  1. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  2. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  3. Overseeing the progress of construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
